Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and Shayeb Automation, a software business based in Ontario, Canada, for using this site and app. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to hello@shayebautomation.tech.
What the service does
You give the app your resume and a job posting. It uses an AI model to write application documents for you: a match report, a tailored resume, a cover letter, interview notes and messages.
Check everything before you send it
- The app is instructed to use only what is in your resume, but AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reading what it writes and for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer.
- The match report is an estimate, not a prediction. We do not promise interviews, job offers or that a document will pass any screening system.
Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure.
- One account is for one person. Use your own resume, or one you have permission to use.
- You must be 16 or older.
Fair use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to write false claims about yourself, or to produce content for anyone but the person the resume belongs to.
- Do not try to break, overload, scrape or resell the service.
- The Free plan includes 2 applications. Pro includes up to 100 applications each calendar month. Each section can be rewritten a limited number of times.
Plans, payment and cancelling
- Pro is a subscription. It costs the price shown at checkout, in US dollars, plus any tax that applies where you live.
- It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time on the Plan and billing page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If Pro is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Any rights you have under your local consumer law apply as well.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. For some purchases Stripe, through Link, is the seller of record, and its terms apply to the payment itself.
Your content
Your resume and the documents written for you belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how.
Changes and availability
- We may change or improve the service. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period.
- We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Shayeb Automation is not liable for indirect losses, such as a missed job opportunity, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
